MSWL is currently in the "off-season". We'll resume play with Season 18 in September, 2008.

MSWL is one of 4 active leagues that use a simulator called Olmec. SESL, SFLSL, and FLATNZ are the other leagues.

Also, a competition called the Olmec Cup is held each year around May and will be composed of teams from interested leagues.

If you'd like to try your hand at managing a team, you can start with our development league called ODFL. Here is a link to the Waiting List. Waiting list is something of a misnomer as there shouldn't be much of an actual wait.

If you are interested go ahead and sign up on the waiting list then drop a note to: odflcommish@olmec.org. You can read about ODFL further on the link to their page above, however the concept is to get interested folks involved quickly to see if this is a good match for them...and if so, then to try to take the next step to get them in one of the main leagues.

Allan Sellers

The British Over Achievers, led by Ian Lindsay won the Season 17 MSWL Cup by defeating a strong Captain Iceland side 1-0 and 3-1.

Its the first entry into the Trophy Case for a British side that has spent 13 seasons in the league. It no doubt pained Commissioner Allan Sellers to have to put a "tick" next to BOA in the database as the MSWL Cup Champs.
