Recruiting Points (RPs)
Each season there will be three ways to earn RPs:
1) Each team earns 140 RPs per session.
2) Each team may earn end of season bonuses based on finishes in competition.
3) Each team may earn up to 40 RPs per session for the Media Bonus (for posts in: forum, blog, matches, comment wall, rankings, recruiting).

Conditionals
Using the conditional checkboxes to the right which allow you to end recruiting for a player in the list if you received a commitment from a player higher up on the list.

Each checked box means that if you get the player on the current row then you STILL want all the players you have checked. However, if you get player 1 and do not want to spend your RPs on any other players (or only certain ones), then you can remove the appropriate checkboxes to the right of the bid.

Example: If player #1 in the list is a Setter and he commits to your team, you may want to turn off the checkboxes associated with any other Setters.

Maximum to Spend
This text box allows you to set a ceiling on the amount of RPs you want to use for Step 3 with Commits. This will not be used or considered in Step 1 and 2. If your maximum for RPs is 1000 and your player commits for 600, then ALL of the remaining players you used RPs for would be lowered to a maximum of 400.

Tiebreakers
If two or three teams are tied with the same recruiting points then the team with the worst match record recruits the player. If these teams have the same match record then the team with the worst set record gets the recruit.

Competitive Recruits - Max of 4 per season
Each team is allowed to get a maximum of 4 recruits in this competitive recruiting format for the next season. Any players still needed after Session 9 can be added using the Recruit Discovery feature.

Star to Skills Conversion
Prior to session 1 each player that has been recruited to join the team that season will be assigned a level for their 6 skill attributes using their position/star rating and the table below:
