One thing that I am really keen on that has had mixed support is the Left or Right foot-edness of players. I think it will add a real sense of realism. Players should be tagged from day one as L DEF or R DEF etc. Or the odd Star who is L/R DEF etc.

That will make managers have to think more about their line-ups/squads. Obviously a Left footed player can play on the Right but he would loose a % of his Skill . This would be relative to their position A RF striker would play better & have better Shooting skill on the right. A R WG would have much better Passing /crossing Skill on the Right than on the Left Wing.
