All players start the season with an Energy level of 100. This includes youth players recruited during a season.
Reductions
During the course of the season, this Energy level will reduce when a player plays in matches, at the rate of 2 per minute they are on the pitch, and if they are injured - which could be up to 100% of their current Energy level.
Increases
Energy levels can be raised when a player is rested or coached.
For each match during a session that player is left out of the squad their Energy will rise by 8.
For each minute during a match where a player is sat on the bench their Energy rises by 0.5 (1 for Youth players). Additionally, at half time the Energy of all players in a match day squad rises by 1.
Energy levels can be raised by a random number between 3-7 for 5 CPs.
