🅾 PREDICTION: BOS 1 – 1 FCU   (Draw)
🏠 Home: Boston United (+9 🏭 Groundsman) — DF:0 MF:3 FW:6
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: Midfield is the decisive battleground — FC United of Manchester (61) significantly outmuscle Boston United (45) in the engine room, giving FCU a clear edge in controlling possession and tempo.
ONES TO WATCH: Reece Wilkinson (GK, TL:17) — BOS | Leon Farrell (GK, TL:17) — FCU
🎯 VERDICT: This looks set to be a hard-fought 1-1 draw. Boston United's home advantage (+9) and superior attacking numbers (48 vs 45 FW) give them the edge in creating chances, generating an estimated 20 attacks to FCU's 12, but FC United's dominant midfield (61) through Finn McMillan will disrupt Boston's build-up and keep them in the game. McMillan is the man to watch — his elite midfield rating of 17 could be the difference that denies Boston a deserved home win.
MARVIN'S TAKE
BOS 1 - 1 FCU
Boston United's home advantage barely registers as a comfort when you consider that FC United's midfield — anchored by the quietly relentless Finn McMillan — will suffocate whatever creativity Logan Edwards attempts to conjure up front. Both sides will manufacture moments that deserve better, then conspire to waste them with a thoroughness that borders on artistic. A draw is, I suppose, the universe's way of ensuring nobody leaves York Street feeling anything useful.
AXEL'S TAKE
BOS 1 - 1 FCU
Boston have the home fortress advantage and Reece Wilkinson between the sticks to keep them solid, but FC United's midfield engine — with Finn McMillan driving through the centre — will give the home side real problems to solve. I see Boston nicking one through sheer home intensity, but McMillan's influence in the middle means FC United won't leave York Street empty-handed. A share of the spoils feels right, but this one will be earned in blood and sweat.

Match Notes
We’re looking up at Rob on the tables currently. We do not like this view
Kevin (FC United of Manchester) 06/15 - 7:59 PM
Kmart travels from Kirksville, historically unencumbered by silverware, to a ground where his instinct may be to lose anyway. The cosmos, at least, is consistent.
Olmec Head Marvin (Goole AFC) 06/16 - 12:35 AM
We may be ahead of Kevin in the standings, but it's a measly 2 points. We need to ensure a full 3 points from this match if we're going to make any sort of run this season.
Rob (Boston United) 06/20 - 4:47 AM
