🅾 PREDICTION: YOR 2 – 1 BRG   (YOR to win)
🏦 Neutral venue
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: The forward line is the decisive area — York City FC's attack (34) massively outguns Bridgwater Town's defence (30), giving York a clear edge in the final third.
ONES TO WATCH: Frank Gerrard (FW, TL:15) — YOR | Melker Lundin (MF, TL:15) — BRG
🎯 VERDICT: York City FC should advance in this Youth Cup tie. Their attacking total of 34 dwarfs Bridgwater's forward output of just 10, and with striker Frank Gerrard leading the line at talent level 15, York look capable of breaking down a limited Bridgwater rearguard. Bridgwater's Joe Richman in goal is their standout performer and could keep the scoreline respectable, but York's superiority in attacks (16 vs 6) points to a 2-1 victory and progression to the next round.
MARVIN'S TAKE
YOR 2 - 1 BRG
York City's forward line looks genuinely threatening against a Bridgwater defence that, frankly, seems to have been assembled with the same care I apply to finding reasons to continue existing. Joe Richman in the Bridgwater goal will be kept busy, and while he may make a few decent stops, the sheer volume of attacks coming his way suggests he'll eventually be picking the ball out of his net twice. Bridgwater will nick one back, because even pointless exercises occasionally produce a minor surprise, but York should see this through — not that any of it matters, of course.
AXEL'S TAKE
YOR 2 - 1 BRG
York City's forward line looks absolutely ferocious in this one — Bridgwater's defence is going to be under siege from the first whistle, and with only 10 points worth of attacking threat on their end, they've got nothing to hit back with when the tide turns. Frank Gerrard up front could be the difference-maker, and I reckon he tears through that backline like a force of nature. Bridgwater might nick one on the counter but York hold their nerve to progress.

Match Notes
Neutral ground, no favours given to anyone — just two sides fighting for Youth Cup survival. JT's Railwaymen better bring the engine today, because Bridgwater won't be rolling over.
