🅾 PREDICTION: QAT 0 – 2 TUR   (TUR to win)
🏦 Neutral venue
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: The forward line is the decisive area — Qatar's attack (FW:46) is outweighed by Turkey's defensive solidity (DF:60), giving Turkey the clear edge in controlling Qatar's offensive threat.
ONES TO WATCH: Boualem Khoukhi (SW, TL:11) — QAT | Kenan Yıldız (FW, TL:14) — TUR
🎯 VERDICT: Turkey should win this comfortably with a 2-0 result. Their defence (60) completely nullifies Qatar's attack (46), and Qatar's goalkeeper rating (9) offers little resistance against a potent Turkish forward line featuring Kenan Yıldız and Arda GĂĽler. Kenan Yıldız, with the highest individual rating on the pitch at TL:14, is the player most likely to unlock this match and deliver the decisive moments.

SĂłCRATES'S TAKE
0 - 2
I wandered through the de Young Museum in San Francisco yesterday and stood before Frida Kahlo's *Dos Fridas* — two hearts exposed, one bleeding, one whole — and today I see Qatar's heart simply cannot sustain the pressure Turkey will bring. Arda Güler and Kenan Yıldız are young men who play with the kind of improvisational joy I recognise from my own era, and they will cut through Qatar's defensive lines the way a brushstroke cuts through silence. Qatar's attack has produced nothing — *nothing* — and Boualem Khoukhi, however experienced, is sweeping up behind a defence that will spend all evening running backwards, which, my friends, is no way to live.

JURGEN'S TAKE
0 - 2
Turkey's defensive shape here is simply suffocating — Merih Demiral anchoring the sweeper role gives Çalhanoğlu the freedom to dictate tempo from deep, and Qatar's forward line, despite those eye-catching area totals, is generating zero genuine penetration against a back line that looks impenetrable on a neutral pitch. Khoukhi is a warrior for Qatar but he's being asked to hold back a tide, and with Arda Güler lurking to exploit any gap on the counter, this could get uncomfortable. I tried making a sourdough San Francisco clam chowder bread bowl while prepping for this one — the crust was magnificent, the filling was a beautiful disaster. Turkey wins this cleanly, 2-0.
