🅾 PREDICTION: PAN 0 – 6 POR   (POR to win)
🏦 Neutral venue
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: Midfield is the decisive battleground — Portugal (60) completely overwhelm Panama (36) in the engine room, giving Portugal total control of possession and tempo.
ONES TO WATCH: Eric Davis (DF, TL:9) — PAN | Cristiano Ronaldo (FW, TL:17) — POR
🎯 VERDICT: Portugal win this convincingly, and it won't be close. Their attacking total of 48 in forward areas against Panama's goalkeeper rating of just 7 is an almost impossible mismatch, and the numbers reflect that with a predicted 6-0 scoreline. Cristiano Ronaldo leads the charge and, even at this stage of his career, his movement and finishing in front of a vulnerable Panama backline will be the defining factor of this match.

SĂłCRATES'S TAKE
0 - 6
I stopped by the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art here in Kansas City this morning and stood before Caravaggio's *Saint John the Baptist in the Wilderness* — all that dramatic contrast between light and shadow, which is precisely what we will witness tonight. Bernardo Silva is the quiet brushstroke that makes Portugal's entire canvas breathe — his movement in the half-spaces will pull Panama's midfield apart like wet paper, and poor José Luis Rodríguez will spend the evening chasing a ghost. Panama's defensive line has neither the pace nor the tactical intelligence to contain the waves Portugal will send crashing over them, and Ronaldo — even at this stage of his magnificent career — will smell the space like a wolf who has not eaten in three days.

JURGEN'S TAKE
0 - 6
Panama's midfield simply cannot cope with the tempo Bernardo Silva will set here — Portugal's central engine is operating at a completely different level, and once that midfield wall crumbles, the defensive line behind it will be exposed relentlessly. Rúben Dias as sweeper gives Portugal an almost unbreakable structural foundation, which means they can push numbers forward with absolute confidence and no fear of a counter. Panama show admirable organization at the back, credit where it's due, but this is a mismatch of tournament experience and technical quality that no defensive discipline alone can bridge. I tried my hand at a Kansas City burnt ends-inspired pastry while in town — a smoked brisket-fat croissant — and much like Panama's chances today, the lamination completely collapsed under the pressure.
