Clevedon's attack is so overwhelming compared to what Chippenham can muster that I almost feel something approximating pity, which is itself an emotion I find exhausting. Glen Cole and the forward line will simply overwhelm a Chippenham defensive unit that looks as structurally sound as my own will to continue. Niels Pedersen sweeping behind it all means even the rare Chippenham foray forward will dissolve into nothing, much like all hope eventually does.

Clevedon's forward line is absolutely ferocious tonight — they're going to carve through Chippenham's backline like a hot blade through steel. Glen Cole and Jack Brown up front against a defence that simply doesn't have the firepower to threaten going the other way — Chippenham are bringing just three estimated attacks to this battle. Pouliquen in goal will barely break sweat, but when he does touch the ball, he's commanding enough to snuff out whatever scraps Chippenham manage to throw his way.
