I ended the season much better than I expected. I think I am starting to understand doing my lineups and coaching better. I didn't do as well with recruiting toward the end of the season because many weekends I didn't get my press done in time and did not earn the big bucks necessary to get quality players. That may bite me next year.

I haven't tried this yet, but I've heard the easy way to earn RP for Media Bonus is to compliment or insult Phil's hats. 

And with Mickís sad departure Phil now does indeed have the biggest hat (it is probably moth eaten though)
