 | Worst Banana Season Start Ever? Posted by |
Well, this session seems to have sealed the deal on the Bananas worst season since I took over as Coach. Hoping to go deeper into the WGM, I emphasized those cup matches over my usual regular season conference matches. Sadly, the strategy has resulted in getting bumped out of the WGM, but also out of the conference tourney, and sitting at 4-6 in regular conference play. Banana nation is not happy with Coach Halpin right now....

We at New Orleans *snicker* feel so bad *snort* for the Bananas! We can only hope that whatever has befallen the once great Bananarama Army isn't contagious and won't be carrying over into future seasons. It would be so sad *not* to have this turn into a one-sided rivalry!
That being said, we now expect to be bounced from both the tourney (by Nashville) and WGM (by Cinci) ourselves, and end up also-fans this season ourselves in everything. But this week we're on top of Baton Rouge so YEAH!
