Four Games

So not sure where to post this exactly but I'll try here.

With four games this week, I'm wondering how to allocate training for Fitness and skills and how to stretch the right players for each game.

I'm not expecting people to set the lineup for me but just some general ideas on what to do.

Speaking about my own situation, which you may or may not find analogous to yours: 

At this stage of the season, and keeping in mind the bigger picture (that my team is in rebuilding mode and winning now is less of a priority than developing my squad), I don't feel that using CP for fitness is a valuable use of resources. At least, I don't think it's valuable to use CP to keep my players at 0 fitness, and particularly not for my juniors and seniors for whom fitness is very expensive. If we happen to be in position to compete for a trophy later in the season, my feelings would be different, but we're not there yet.

I view these four-game sessions as an opportunity to earn much-needed XP. So I'll spread the playing time around, which will be especially helpful for some positions, like RS, where I can only put one on the floor per game, but where both of my options need lots of XP.

Also, at the risk of giving away too much info to my opponents this session, I have no hope of winning all four games, so there is no sense in trying. I'm not going to try to spread my talent evenly across all four games because I just don't have the depth to do that and expect to win any of them. I actually think that would be a great way to ensure that I lose all four. Instead, I'll prioritize certain games and will arrange my players to give me the best chance to win at least a game or two to keep me in the hunt in the competitions that I value. (This last sentence is intentionally--but probably unnecessarily--vague; I'm sure most people here, with just a little bit of research, can guess what competitions I value.)

I agree with Jason in that I can't expect to win all four games and would probably lose the ones I want to win more if I tried for all four.

I also agree that using CP for Fit is a non-starter. I have a CP plan with some leeway but decided I can't afford to use CP to fit two sophomores so it's 2 games for each player.

One thing I do suggest is CPing Kobayashi every session. He has 10 slots to fill and you will only get enough XP for 2 of those.
