🅾 PREDICTION: QPR 1 – 1 FOR   (Draw)
🏠 Home: Queens Park Rangers (+9 🏭 Groundsman) — DF:1 MF:0 FW:8
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: Defence is the decisive area — Nottingham Forest (61) massively outclass Queens Park Rangers (32) at the back, giving Forest a commanding defensive edge.
ONES TO WATCH: Yahya Amara (GK, TL:17) — QPR | Jonathan Kome (GK, TL:18) — FOR
🎯 VERDICT: Nottingham Forest edge this one on the road, with their formidable defensive unit (61) comfortably containing QPR's forward threat (64) and neutralising much of the home advantage. QPR's midfield (42) does hold an edge over Forest's (24), giving them enough possession to stay in the game, and the groundsman's forward boost (+8 FW) helps Stewart Scholes cause problems up top. Ultimately, Jonathan Kome's solid presence in goal (TL:18) and Ibra Gueye marshalling Forest's defensive line should be enough to secure a hard-fought draw or narrow away win.
RAY'S TAKE
QPR 1 - 1 FOR
Forest come with more threat up front but QPR's groundsman has done a job on that pitch — Ueda will be marshalling that backline with everything he's got. Scholes needs to be a nuisance all afternoon, give their defenders no peace, because that's the only way Rangers nick something here. A draw feels right but don't be surprised if Loftus Road finds a way to make it ugly.
MARCUS'S TAKE
QPR 1 - 1 FOR
Forest have the attacking edge here on paper, but QPR's home advantage is doing some heavy lifting — that +9 boost is the difference between a defeat and a point. Goodwin in midfield will need a career-defining afternoon to neutralise what Forest are pushing through the centre, and frankly I'm not sure he's ready for that conversation. A draw feels like the honest outcome, though neither goalkeeper is going to be writing home about their afternoon either.

Match Notes

Dr White's preferred formation is sleeping, and Olmec Steve has been known to wake the dead from 4-0 down. This one could go anywhere.
