Shoutout to Colin... (Session 9)

My XPs post on the forum could have also used Colin's Ames Artichokes team.  In fact, Colin is probably further along.

This is where when you look at teams and fixate on a record you don't see the whole picture.

Colin has 3 freshman in excellent shape to use the XPs (might need a few more XPs in some cases) to grow those player while using CPs on the rest of the roster.

Roster building and recruiting are big in this league and it does take time to grasp all of it.  I still make plenty of dumb mistakes and I should know better while most of you are new and get it more than I do.

So while Ames stand at 9-13 at this point.  I kind of expect that to get better with roster management like this.

If your team is also doing a good job prepping to use XPs then tell me and I'll give you some kudos too!

You're always nice and complimentary about others but when it comes to my Bulldogs it's all about 'HEY...EVERYONE....PLAY YOUR T7 AGAINST THE BULLDOGS THEY'VE JUST WON A GAME AND WE CAN'T HAVE THAT'

(What do you mean I've hijacked this post and made it all about me?!)

Nice work Colin

I've got 2-3 freshmen I'm trying to get as much XP gathered for, hopefully 2-3 abilities raised.

I'm also keeping an eye on So and Jr players to make sure they can raise 1-2 abilities.

If you can use XP at the end of the season it frees up CP for other players

I'm actually surprised that I've been able to CP as many players as I have. I guess when they're low skill level to start with it's easier to CP more guys.
