Well looks like our draft recuits failed to shine again. Not terrible roills maybe, but a lot waker shall we say than the Hogs! Suffice to say there is a clear detrimental impact on our rebuild plans. Not least as we still have too many setters and not enough OH´s. At least most of our OH´s are at least very decent quality. Normally we have found at the start of the season a bit of rotational juggling and fitness training can get most of the players fit quite quickly with a few coaching points spare for skill training. This season though it seems if I do this there are no coaching points spare for any skills training and even then I cant get all my players fit either, so I am going to have to really rethink what I am doing this year. I am loathe to jettison my early fitness regime, but it seems wrong not to start building on skills training at all!
