Rob Peterson
Begin the Defense! (Pre-Season Auction A)
Posted by Rob Peterson on Saturday, Dec. 18th, 2021 at 3:00 AM

For the first time in the history of MSWL U1... Plymouth Argyle find themselves in position of defending the league championship. This is the highest honor in the the league, and this is the first time we have crested this summit. It is a an honor we will not take lightly, and we shall defend with all the steel and might we possess.

Can Rob repeat?

Will he draw the ire of Outlaw Dave and the I-Man?

With C-Ball now in the 1st Division will Rob focus solely on beating Lincoln?

So many questions...

With the best T11 AND T16 in the division...I'd say a successful defence is on the cards!

Ian Lindsay on Saturday, Dec. 18th, 2021 at 5:59 PM

We all know T11/16 only goes so far, otherwise PNE would have been relegated to D3 last season! We're not going to take anything for granted. We're going to take it one game at a time, we won't look forward too far. We won't circle dates on the calendar (much to Al's chagrin). We won't put the cart before the horse. Insert other cliches here.

lets hope the Pilgrim will be concentrating their title defence this year rather than the cups!

Vick Hall on Friday, Dec. 24th, 2021 at 6:29 PM

OH! OH!  I know the answer to this one...

Rob should circle his calendar for his New Year's Day FA Cup at Vick's Weston-super-Mare AFC?

Allan Sellers on Sunday, Dec. 26th, 2021 at 5:15 PM

The way things are going, PNE will be in division 3 in two seasons time.

Ian Lindsay on Sunday, Dec. 26th, 2021 at 6:30 PM

I'll take that wager!

Rob Peterson on Saturday, Jan. 1st, 2022 at 4:00 PM

After an early 3-0 defeat to their rebuilding title rivals, and a more surprising 3-2 defeat against a team threatened with imminent relegation...everyone still has Plymouth as runaway title favourites this season.

Ian Lindsay on Monday, Jan. 10th, 2022 at 4:25 PM

We'll do our best to live up to these lofty expectations!
