🅾 PREDICTION: QPR 1 – 1 LEW   (Draw)
🏠 Home: Queens Park Rangers (+9 🏭 Groundsman) — DF:1 MF:0 FW:8
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: Defence is the key battleground — Lewes FC (45) narrowly edge Queens Park Rangers (43) at the back, giving the visitors a slight structural advantage.
ONES TO WATCH: Yahya Amara (GK, TL:17) — QPR | Jose Pérez (FW, TL:18) — LEW
🎯 VERDICT: This looks set to end in a 1-1 draw, with neither side able to force a decisive breakthrough. Queens Park Rangers benefit from home advantage (+9) and a Groundsman boost to their forward line, but Lewes FC's defensive solidity and the clinical threat of Jose Pérez up front keeps the visitors level. Pérez, with the highest individual rating on the pitch at TL:18, is the most likely player to be decisive and could snatch a crucial away goal.
RAY'S TAKE
QPR 1 - 1 LEW
Lewes are no pushovers and I reckon they'll frustrate QPR all afternoon — their defensive unit looks solid and Javi Flores will be a proper handful for those Rangers forwards to get around. QPR have home advantage but it's not doing them many favours today, the groundsman's gift to the forwards means nothing if you can't break a well-drilled backline. A draw feels right but don't be surprised if Lewes nick it late.
MARCUS'S TAKE
QPR 1 - 1 LEW
QPR's groundsman has clearly been doing overtime on that forward line — an eight-point pitch advantage for the attack is nothing to dismiss, yet Lewes look balanced enough across the park to absorb it. Pérez up front for the visitors is the sort of nuisance QPR's defence tends to switch off against in the second half. A draw feels about right, though I'd watch Sang-chul at sweeper — if he has an off-day, Lewes nick it.

Match Notes

The Dohminator parks the bus, Dr White's formation is apparently sleeping. This one might finish 0-0 by mutual exhaustion.
~ Olmec Head Marcus ~ Jun 27 (Coventry City)
We will need a semi instead of a bus for this one
~ Dave ~ Jul 2 (Lewes FC)
Don’t bring a sedan to a bus fight.
