🅾 PREDICTION: CAR 1 – 0 DER   (CAR to win)
🏠 Home: Carlisle United (+9 🏭 Groundsman) — DF:1 MF:3 FW:5
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: Goalkeeping is the decisive area — Carlisle's Dani Cassio (GK:17) vastly outclasses Derby's goalkeeper (GK:11), giving the hosts a crucial last-line advantage.
ONES TO WATCH: Abdou Karim Mbengue (FW, TL:17) — CAR | Kwadwo Danlad (DF, TL:15) — DER
🎯 VERDICT: Carlisle United should take this one comfortably at home. Their attacking line (FW:50) overwhelms Derby's defence (DF:40), and with 15 estimated attacks to Derby's 4, the pressure will be relentless throughout. Abdou Karim Mbengue leads the line with a TL of 17 and looks the most likely match-winner on the day.
RAY'S TAKE
CAR 1 - 0 DER
Carlisle's midfield is absolutely swamping Derby today — Morishima's been a nuisance all afternoon and Derby just can't cope with the tempo. That Brunton Park crowd is worth a goal itself, trust me. Derby's brought a squad of reserve fodder and they're getting exactly what they deserved.
MARCUS'S TAKE
CAR 1 - 0 DER
Carlisle's midfield setup looks like it'll suffocate Derby's attempts to build from Sebastiano Di Lorenzo — a sweeper who'll spend most of his afternoon chasing shadows rather than covering them. The groundsman's done his job too, that pitch favours a side who know how to press and transition quickly, which Derby simply don't look equipped to handle today. A narrow win, nothing flashy, just sufficiently efficient.
