With each player now having individual grades, it's now possible to figure out - which team has the best "GPA"?
An A player=4.0, a B=3.0, a C=2.0, a D=1.0. Subtract 0.33 for a minus and add 0.33 for a plus, so A- = 3.67, C+ = 2.33.
There's a clear gap between teams
