Time to get moaning.
Although we recruited 4 players there's only really 2 that matter.
Jean-Luc Labonte. 4* setter that I paid a lot for. Top on SET (yay!) and SRV, middle on ATK and DEF and bottom on BLK so very happy with him.
Jerome Frank. 5* outside hitter. He was max+1 on RCV anyway and only got top for SRV and bottom for ATK, DEF and BLK. Below average.
Nicholas Carlson. 3* middle blocker. Max on ATK guaranteed, he rolled top on SRV and bottom on BLK. He might get CP.
Santiago Fuertes. 3* setter, free just in case Labonte rolled 8 on SET, top on DEF and ATK, middle on SET and SRV and bottom on BLK. Decent enough rolls but he might only play one session.
I note that all my players rolled minimum on BLK.

I'm not going to cry for my future star Darell Noble (S 5* max+1 set) . he must have received the blessing of the volleyball fairies.
I clearly didn't have any luck with the other three players... None of my two 4-star recruits reached a level 10.

4 star S: 8 SRV, 9 BLK, 9 ATK, 10 DEF, 8 SET
3 star S: 7 SRV, 9 BLK, 9 ATK, 10 DEF, 9 SET

Your 4* OH 4 max (in the best places), 1 min
4* S 2 max, 1 avg, 2 min (ok min SET is a bummer)
3* S 3 max and 2 min (his DEF is 7 not 10)
Your 3* setter is arguably better than your 4*.
I got four amazing players. Well, at least they look amazing to me.
On second thought, I got four players.
I wish I had your rolls, Brian: two players almost perfect and the 3rd above average.
