Question re: setters. Rules only require 2 on the roster, and we only use 1 per match.  Max 4 matches per session, so 2 setters can cover everything.
Why does the dashboard seem to be recommending 4 setters per team?  I have 4 on my roster, with 3 surviving to next season, yet the dashboard tells me that I need to draft another.
Wondering if there is a specific reason, or if there's a "4" where there should be a "2", like at Libero & Right Side.

Great question Kevin!  I think we need a Recruiting Dashboard v1.1 update here to better characterize some terms.   The minimums are:

To start a new season your roster must meet all these minimums:
- 2 Liberos
- 2 Setters
- 4 Outside Hitters
- 4 Middle Blockers
- 2 Right Sides
- At Least 16 players

Each team started the season meeting the above criteria.  The idea here is that if I replace the positions for my graduating seniors I will once again have a legal roster to start season 3.

But maybe there's a way to characterize that by positions.  Maybe the statements should be a mix of required/recommended.  Like for your team it should be:
Required
- 4 recruits required
- 1 RS
- 1 OH
- 1 MB
Recommended
- 1 RS or 1 S or 1 L

Maybe the recommended part isn't even needed.  The real goal is really to help people get a feel for what they should be going after so no one only recruits 4 setters for example.

Between competitive recruiting (which we're doing now) and the Discovery Recruiting (Sessions 10-11) each team will have the chance to hit their required positions.  PLUS teams can expand rosters to up to 20 over time.  

Can you provide your feedback/ideas for dashboard updates and perhaps I can make a couple of tweaks to better clarify?
