Assuming you could only have 4 BRBs (and the season after next I might only have 4 if I don't CP an age IV or buy a suitible player) which would you leave out?
Groundsman: this season we played 10 home games so my groundsman was worth 20 SL
Coach: we coached 31 times, so he saved 31 CP. On one hand that's only 2 SL on an age II player + a bit of FIT, but the 2 SL is permanent and will help next season and the season after (not so much this season as used at the end) so worth, 2 SL for 2 games per session for 2 seasons = 80? SL . The Physio might also mean enough CP to coach a player a session earlier, which adds up over a season and the players coached are likely to play 2 games minimum, so that doubles up as well.
Youth Coach: assuming I don't trade or pick up a pre-season auction buy, not playing a SBY will save 6 SL in T11. My T16 is currently 12.5 so not playing an SL 5 SBY is worth 5.5 SL. Assuming 5 SL per session that the SBY doesn't play, that's 50 SL.
Physio: I picked up 19 injuries this season. 14 were for 2 or more and so the Physio saved 14 FIT which carries on for future games (and maybe the odd CP if a player went to -2 rather than -3). 5 were 0 so the magic sponge meant the player continued at full strength saving 24 SL.
Looks like the Goundsman is out.

I just played all season without a Groundsman, Steve. Did OK. Missed him a few times when considering tactics, yet overall 2 SL per home match isn't that much. You're only guaranteed to get 9 home matches, as you might end up on the road in the FA Cup, Shield and AP the whole way (which could be just one match until eliminated).
More important than just the SL difference between a Sby and T11 player is the effect that a Sby has when playing at Sw or Gk. A rookie in goal is all but a loss against good sides. Getting a win instead of a loss thanks to great play by the netminder is 10 CP by itself. The possibility of 2 extra scoring chances (which may not even turn into shots on goal) winning a match for you is way lower than the difference between a save % of 50-55 vs 75+. Also, injured youth players who cannot play in a session have to be youth coached to stay on the best SL track. If you don't have the Youth Coach slot free for them, that's potential SL you never get back and you're -1 SL for every match that player ever plays in. Over the course of 4-5 seasons, that adds up.
Similarly, the Physio saves you both SL in-match (thanks to dropping 0 to 'just fine' status) and long-term CP since you don't have to sink as many Fitness points into the top line.
For a Coach, yes, it's just 2 more SL per team on average if you save 29-33 CP over the season. Think about it though. Groundsman gives you +2 SL for each home game, 9-11ish games per season on average for 18-22 SL gained. 2 more SL to a T11 player gives you +2 SL for every game that guy plays in all season long, including road matches. That's 18-22ish on average for T11 players, or 36-44 SL gained next season. Twice the return, barring catastrophic injury. The difference is that the Groundsman helps this season, while the Coach is an investment strategy that pays off a little at the end of the current season and a lot next season.

I didn't have a physio this season....I think I must've been very lucky with injuries as none stand out in my memory. I do recall losing out on a few levels for my youngsters last season though.
I'd still go with a groundsman next season I think and will always look to have 2 youth coaches and 1 coach.
I'd sooner have a 3rd youth coach than a physio I think. Don't know if I'd be allowed 3 though....

I plan to always be able to have all 5 BRBs. If you find you don't have enough for next season, come speak to me, I've got a surplus for next season.

I played without a Groundsman in both UNITED leagues this past season as an experiment. I haven't really crunched the numbers, but the +2 just doesn't seem like that much, especially when that same player could remain on the bench earning CP. I will likely continue without one this next season.

C-Ball raises a REALLY good point... +2 for 9 home matches = 18 SL versus leaving that player on your roster for +10 CP that can go into raising a player up.
Should the Groundsman be increased?

i have not really calculated the benefits, but there were certainly times last season when i could have done with an additional youth coach and persoanlly i would not want to be without a coach either as it seems you can never haave enough coach points for training. Si I would say if you are going without a brb then either risk not going with a physio or go without a groundsman. I certainly had a couple of occassions this season when my physio kepy my players on the pitch rather than being stretchered off so that had to be a good thing, whilst difficult to asess if the additional 2 points home advantage was crucial. I won't even comment on the several home games I should really have won statistically but lost. Maybe i might have had even more losses withoiyt those 2 points!
