Yes. If you mean they have lost SL this happens at the start of every season. Any player that was Age I or more loses SL - the amount being their new Age.

So Age I SL 15 becomes Age II SL 13, Age IV SL 12 becomes Age V SL 7.

Any player that drops below SL 2 is retired.

Main problem really is that all your age 1 players are a bit below par as none of them made it to level 10. Shame as training them up is now a bit sub optimal. Make sure that this year's apprentices get to level 10 for next season. Secondly if you want an age 1 level 10 player I would be happy to sell you Joshua Gordon who would at least give you one player worthwhile training up from age 1.
