• If your team has one or more games on the prediction list your automatic prediction is for a win for your team.
• The most correct answers for a given session earns the coach 4k for his team. If there are ties at the top, all of those in first place get 4k (weekly money MAY be awarded sooner; but likely will be done at the end of the season).
• At the end of the season, the overall winner gets 25k, 2nd place 15k, and 3rd place 10k. Standings are determined by most correct predictions.
• The goal is for no team to appear more than twice for a given session and for each team to appear at least five teams in the course of the season. Our prediction league commissioner (Dave Dowson) will do his best to make that happen.
• By design the focus is also to provide prediction opportunities for all Cup semifinals and finals.
• Selections may only be entered once, so make sure you mean it when you click submit.
• The purpose of the prediction league is to have a little fun. It will add some spice to the matches and we'll show on the scoreboard which team is favored and by whom. Its not meant to be perfectly balanced with all teams appearing the same number of times.
• Participation is optional. The awards are meant to be relatively low with that in mind.
• For Cup matches, if the game goes to a shootout, that is considered a draw (as it is for record/CP purposes). So when you select win, that will be if the chosen team wins in regular or extra time. If they "win" in a shootout, that is considered a draw.
