First advice...read the rules carefully on SBY and APP development.  If you master this you will continue to develop a good team.

For this season focus on SBY development.  Keep the APPs through the Youth Cup (session 6 and later) then sell them at the session 8 deadline.  Otherwise if they don't get to SL 5 they will be retired anyway.

The APPs this season are a lost cause. As Al said, focus on the SBYs this season. Play them every session, using the Youth Coaches too. The SBY FW can't reach max potential either, which is unfortunate. But, he can get close. 

I would seriously consider selling FW Issac Jackson and DF Dino Moretti for no less than 1000k and 850k, respectively. Realistically, you're not going to win many games this season, so cashing in on their value at their peak will get you a lot of cash that you can save up for when you build up your youngsters enough to supplement them with auction buys.

Just do what Ian does...except win some hardware.

The new management at BC recognizes the challenge ahead. Rebuild, rebuild, rebuild. And repeat. It's going to be a long wait for respectability, but that makes the challenge more of an, er, challenge...
