Some additions for the new season to report.  Mostly to the website although I had to add a couple of logging features to the simulator as well.  

1. Updated tables for League, AP Cup, League Expanded, and Overall.  I may still have some tweaks needed for league form to work on next week.

2. Updated Viewer to have the group table for the AP Cup Group you are watching along with the result of the other game.  Added a slider to speed up/slow down the game.  Improved the division tables a bit as well in the upgrade.  Added the "Add Post-Match Comment" link to these games.  May still need to do that for other competitions that aren't league games.

3. Added the AI Olmec Head coaches and gave them slight personalities. They should be posting both pre and post match comments. I anticipate some of them getting fired from time to time so may need more suggestions on personalities.  

4. Added the "WANTED" section at the very top as in "WANTED: Orders from these managers".  That's what it really means.  Haha.
