A shaman would pray to OLMEC before and after the game.

If some negative event occurs - your player is injured, you concede a penalty, you concede a goal - the shaman would mean the OLMEC head would intervene and make a "bad luck" roll, giving you a 1 in 100 chance of re-rolling the original event.

So:

- I concede a penalty (or another negative event)
- I have a shaman
- The shaman prays to OLMEC
- OLMEC rolls a 0-100 dice roll
- if the roll is <= to 1, the penalty is re-rolled (not called off)
- once OLMEC intervenes, the head will not intervene again in that match, even though it'd be a 1 in 1000 event.
