Looking thru the stats not all teams have 30 GPP's to start the season... is there something afoot? Might the game be "tipping off" which managers have thrown a couple in to help their team out?

Teams all start with 30 GPP, minus 1 per NMR from last season. So the teams with a few less NMR'd last year. GPP don't disappear from the listings on the stats pages until after games are played in which they are used.

yup.. PLY has 29 GPP... stupid NMR...

What happens if you take over a team that had NMR's but not under your control - team still penalised?

And by the way - where do I find out who was previous WES manager!?
