In a player IV-3 that i intend to pass to BRB next season, when he ages at the end of the season, will i still have him or since he ages 4(IV) years (3-4=-1) he will retire?

Jose......he retires. He has to get to SL 7 in order to survive being retired (under SL 2). He has to reach 7 becuase he will age by 5 years. At 7 he would still be a SL 2 and not automatically retired. Hence why I have made the offers I have.
