10 Sessions, Session 1 + 2, 3 + 4, 5 + 6, 7 + 8, 9 + 10 would be a month.

Each manager would vote for a manager in all 3 divisions.

What rewards would there be ?

Winners of the MotM would receive 3 CP or 100 cash. Managers who do not vote are fined 50 cash and this fine will be go to the worst team in his division.

With one session each weekend, there will be four or five sessions in any given month.  This entire league, start to finish, is over in under three months.  While the break Rene proposes makes sense in giving out a significant number of awards, I'd drop it to 3.  After the first four sessions, after the next three, and then at season's end.  My reasons are:

After session 4: we'll have played 1/3 of league matches (6 of 18).  We'll know who will have advanced to the FA Cup Quarterfinals (replays for round 2 will be done in session 4).  We'll also know who will have advanced in the FA Shield (from session 3) and the AP Cup Quarters (session 4).  That gives four areas so we'll know who is doing well in league and Cup competitions.

After session 7: We'll have seen another 1/3 of league matches (12 of 18 now played), the Quarterfinals for both FA Cup & Shield will be done (session 6) and we'll have seen two rounds of Youth Cup actions (session 6 & 7).  The AP Cup will be all the way through the Semis already as well.  That gives the opportunity for a manager to have a great league rebound (6-0-0 or 5-1-0 etc.), or for a manager with a run of bad league luck to advance in some Cup games for consideration.  Teams totally out of league contention will be able to focus on the Youth Cup as well to gain acclaim and some hope for next season.

After session 10: The rest of the league and Cup matches will have been played out and the season concludes.

For rewards, I wouldn't go higher than teams should be able to earn on the field.  Teams get 80k per session, so that should be the limit for this award as well.  I'd go with half that myself, 40k or 50k perhaps.  If going with CP, then keep it low as well, with a 3 or 5 CP total only.
