Hi guys,
I'm interested in having another league-wide survey to discuss the state of the game and determine if there are areas where you all would like to see improvements.
Please use this thread over the next week to add in suggestions you have. They could ideas that put the recent forum topics to a vote like these topics:

If you have something on the above, if possible, please send me your proposed question and choices.
Also, it doesn't have to be anything from the above list. It could be something you've been thinking about and would like to throw out.

As discussed with a couple of managers I truly believe that the FA Shield should not bring the same rewards in Cp as the FA Cup, its effectively the losers tournament and as such should bring say half the cp reward?
Just recently looking through the hardness and injury to players it still seems somewhat harsh towards teams that play 0 hardness, i realise that there has to be element of luck on that front if both teams play 0 hardness then to me it should be a given that none should get injured or sent off, however i also see that it gives an unknown element to the match.
