With the start of the prediction league 23 out of 30 managers took the time to enter their predictions for the 10 games of session 1. Who will be good enough to beat Psychic Al (Thanks for the name Kevin).

A game that had to be predicted was Tranmere Rovers vs Dorchester Rovers, a game between two veteran managers. Expectations were high but neither team really wanted to win this game when you look at the quality of players that were fielded. Seven people predicted the right result, did they have that gut feeling? Another game that stands out is Swansea City vs Plymouth Argyle. The last time these two teams met was last season in the AP Cup Final, something was said about a stolen trophy (3-0 for Swanseay). Now how would this match end? Both managers went for the kill this weekend, Plymouth was 2-4 up at half time, but Swansea was victorious in the end, 5-4. Good game Kevin and Rob! 61% predicted this one right. The last game that is being highlighted is Brighton vs Leeds, this could be a close one according to the predictions, but how different can games go, with a 0 to 26 chances game, Abe must be disappointed to score only 2 against the youth team of Brian.

After all smoke was gone, Paul finds himself in 1st place with 8 out 10 right, followed by Andy and myself with 7 out 10. And where is Mr. Sellers? He is being found on place number 22. Is Al taking a sabbatical this season?
