Some additional functionality has been added on the user info page.  You can now change your own photo if you'd like.

Ideally your photo should be approximately 75 pixels wide and 90 pixels tall (height).  However there are no restrictions on that.

There are restrictions on the file type (must be .jpg) and size (must be 20kb or less).  If the latter proved a little cumbersome I can adjust it.  Most of the photos we have in place now are around 12kb.
